AboutHeaderFinal

The AnnalsATS Blog is sponsored by the Annals of the American Thoracic Society which is the clinical journal of the ATS.  Founded in 1905, the American Thoracic Society is an international scientific and professional organization dedicated to improving health worldwide by advancing research, clinical care, and public health in respiratory disease, critical illness, and sleep disorders.

The blog was designed to be a discussion forum and idea mill for clinicians, clinical researchers, and medical educators in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine. Featuring non-peer reviewed content, its purpose is to foment discussion of current controversies, emerging trends and paradigms, and recent articles in our field.

Currently, posts are produced by the blog editors Constantine Manthous MD and Scott Aberegg MD, MPH, but in the future we hope to expand our offerings to include content submitted from a variety of professionals across a vast array of diverse backgrounds. More information on the submission process for the AnnalsATS blog will be provided soon.
